TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

What technical requirements and specifications are necessary?
 - A hard-wired, dedicated internet connection of 10mb/second or more.  (Note: Attendees may connect with their mobile devices to another internet connection at your site, but the simulcast needs a dedicated connection to provide a great experience for your participants.). DO NOT USE INTERNET EXPLORER

Can anyone run the technical side of things?
-
A tech-savvy person is needed to make sure the technology is configured and working properly. We will be utilizing a private web page to stream the event. You will project on your video screen or TV what is on your computer screen.

Who can I contact for technical support during the event?
-
We will have the private webpage set up ahead of the event. After your church is registered as a Host Site, you will receive an email with a link to this page, so that you can test your technology ahead of time. If you have technical questions, email info@penndelwomen.org.
